Looking for a "Five Essentials" type of add-on with Koodo but can't seem to find anything online. Anyone know if they have this and if so, how much monthly?

Hey Jason! Actually the Five Essentials add-on is still available at the cost of $10. Just dial *611 from your cellphone and a rep from customer service will be able to add it for you. Have a great one :)

Then, why-oh-why is it not shown on the website? This suggests some folks are provided more beneficial offerings than others.

Because they're not. They can be added via self-serve at anytime. No, no one is getting special treatment. No need to provoke Koodo just because you were corrected.

No need for the Mobile Master Ahmad to be so snotty with a customer as the customer was correct NO WHERE does it show the COST of this add on your web site. I'v been a Koodo customer for many years and would suggest that he could stand some training on how to treat customers if you want to keep their business.

I believe if you login to self serve account, you can see it under "add- ons"

It still shows on the self serve site (only in the "classic" version of self serve), but it says not available when you attempt to add it. :)

I believe that it's still on for the few that still have the feature. Would be nice for it to only show if you have the feature still but you only see it in self-serve and not in add-ons.

It was back when there were low amounts of daytime minutes on plans as the norm, and you could add 5 numbers of your choice that could call unlimited at no charge. With larger daytime bucket and it being common to have unlimited minutes on plans, this has gone the way of the dodo.
