is there any way to buy a day internet pass or week internet pass for your koodo phone? my daughter is working at a place where she has to sit around alot between customers and her boss told her to look into buying an internet pass for her phone to keep her busy as the other phone companies such as telus and rogers has it so we were wondering if koodo offers it as well?

No, however you may want to check out koodo prepaid, Bazif. They have non expiring data boosters which can be used for just her purpose: intermittently when needed only!

Koodo post paid plans include pay per use data or a data bucket. Check your plan to see what it offers

If your daughter is on prepaid, she can buy a bucket of data, it's 30$ for a GB and can be replenished where she runs out or you can just add more and more. There are other prepaid data options too, check it out on Koodo's website.

Thank you both for your quick responses. Okay she is not on a pre paid phone. We get billed monthly. So I guess you both are saying that the answer is "NO" you cannot buy it extra unless you are on a prepaid service? Is this correct? I'm just a little confused by the term "post paid" plan. I have never heard of a post paid plan before.

Post paid is a month to month contract like your daughter has.

Of course she can always just use the data available from her plan. What plan is she on?

Postpaid is just a fancy name for a monthly plan, where you use the service and then receive the bill afterwards, Bazif.

Are you saying that your daughter has a Koodo plan already? In that case, I'm afraid that her only option is to change to another plan, one with more data... how much does she expect to use?

Just a heads up though that Telus and Rogers monthly plans also don't offer a daily bucket of data - you can get something like that on Rogers but again, it is on their prepaid (pay beforehand) plans only...
