Do They Recognize My Credit Card Or Not?

Message: "Unable to Process Transaction
We are unable to verify your credit card information, so this transaction could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged."

I'm trying to "top up" my prepaid account in order to buy more boosters. I just successfully bought 500 MB of data, but then I tried to add money to my account for future booster purchases, and got the above message.

They had no problem with my credit card when I bought the booster, but when I try to simply add money to my account, they can't verify my credit card info?

You should contact Customer Service since this is a billing issue/problem that cannot be solved on a public forum. *611 on your Koodo cell.

Same thing is happening to me and my friend as well. They didn't even take my auto top up and send a message saying it expired? I now have no phone. I went on to top up manually and it says it cannot verify my credit card? Whats going on?

I did that and it still said they could not verify my account. My friend talked to someone this morning because they are having the same problem and they said prepaid does not take credit cards?

When was last time you topped up your account? If it was more than 90 days, your account would expire...
And yes, the prepaid does take credit cards.

This is a new phone I just got it a month ago I have added booster on with no problem but when I go to top it up it will not work

Hmm, this is strange... Did they say that they are having some technical difficulty? I would call them again, also you can contact them via e-mail since a billing issue/problem cannot be solved here.
