The Koodo Mobile Employee Purchase Plan (EPP) gives retail associates an ongoing discount of 50% or 25% off (depending on eligibility) their monthly plan plus add-ons and a $50 Tab credit.

Koodo customer care will not handle this. Loblaws staff can't help you with the discount; you must fill out the EPP form that any TMS location can provide. Also make sure you bring a copy of your pay stub for proof of employment. TMS manager will sign off on it and send it to the EPP department where you will receive confirmation (if you're eligible) of the discount being applied within a few business days.

Check the link I provided above. There is a lot of good answers and examples. This discount should have been applied at point of activation.

The plan discount part was already answered in the above posts.

No, employees cannot use their colleague discount card at our locations for any actual purchases (phones, accessories, etc.) because Mobile Shop is not owned by Loblaws and do not use their POS.

Wouldn't that also be considered fraud technically?
