Do Koodo representatives monitor the Koodo Community?

If I need to contact a Koodo Representative, is the only way to contact them by phone, or do they monitor the community?

they do monitor the community but not 24/7 , by phone would probably be much better.

Some of them do but remember, we're all here on our spare time, unpaid. Luckily we have people like Chad who works weird hours and Paul who stays up really late sometimes too.

Together we're available to help 24hrs a day, and can answer all questions minus some bill specific ones. If we were in the Olympics we'd grab the gold no doubt ;-)

You can also email or mail Koodo too.

If there you have questions regarding personal account info, phone or email is the best way to go. If it is praise then posting on the community definitely works as Koodo is already aware ;)

For sure they monitor it seeing as that there are a few official responses. But the community look after itself most of the time.
