I have a blackberry playbook and would like to get an internet data plan for when I can not be near a wifi hot spot. Is this possible without using a cell phone etc.? The playbooks have no sim card slots and the usb is mini.

Not with Koodo, anyway.

Koodo doesn't do data-only plans. Also, if the playbook doesn't have a SIM slot, then no, it is not possible to get data directly on it. The only thing that will work is getting a mobile hotspot device or using the data plan from a compatible cell phone.

Yup what the guys said above is true, but to be clear some play books did come with a sim card slot, those ones could get data (just not with Koodo).
