Do you still have to go into a store to separate phone plans? (ie get our joint account separated so that we each have our own account)

The guy at the kiosk brushed us off and told us that he couldn't help at all and we had to use self serve, but I can't seem to find those options. Everywhere online says that we have to do it at a kiosk/in-store. Did this change recently?

Hey Eric! To separate accounts you would have to call us as a credit check would have to be run (on the person opening the new line) before it can be set up.
