Do you sell a product that actually doesn't have issues. I have been a customer for years and have had nothing but issues. You would have records of the numerous times I have called in. Phones have been replaced and still issues with phoned. I am very respondsible with my phone and yet issues. The respondse I get is send your phone in? So I have to inconvienced even more to send it in. Really? I'm sorry but I am fed up with you koodo and the lack working products. I have a Samsung s5

Please keep in mind that Koodo is your service provider, not the phone manufacturer. If you're having issues with your phone, then the complaints should be directed towards them.

All of the phones come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty, but yes, they would all need to be sent in for repair should an issue arise in that time frame. This policy is the same with all the other carriers so this is an industry standard. The advantage of iPhone is if you have an Apple store in your area you can make an appointment there and if they can't fix it they'll usually swap it. iPhones come at a premium price, though.

What sort of issues are you experiencing? Is this network related or something to do with the phone? Maybe we can try and alleviate some of them.

It's definitely not Koodo selling inferior products, Jen. Over the years I have used well over 15 phones and not a single one ever acted up... In fact I have the S5 too which works great, it's my husband's daily driver. I really hope you have better luck with your next device!

Have you had issues with phones other than your Samsung S5?

I agree that it's an inconvenience to have your phone shipped out for repair, which is why I always keep a backup phone handy. If you don't want to do that, then I suggest considering switching to an iPhone if there's an Apple Store nearby as you'd then be able to get your issues resolved in person on the spot.
