If you are over 18, head into a Koodo store with 2 pieces of ID and get them to run the credit check. That would be the only thing stopping you from qualifying.
You can check out the shop section of the website for phones that are 0 Down.

To find out that answer you going to have too visit a koodo store with 2 pieces of I.D (preferable Drivers License and Credit Card or SIN card) so they can run a credit check and let you know if you are approved. Hope this helps :)

Note that phones are not free. Koodo has lower plans but if you want a subsidized phone for $0 then you have to pay a the Tab (which is the remaining cost of the phone owning divided over 24 months - up to a max of $360 over 24 months)

Paying off a phone over 2 years seems a little much to me, and very much like a contract, but I understand you can pay it all up front too - so there is no way to ever not pay for a phone? I have been with Koodo 6 years and have paid for all my phones. :(
