Do I need to pay the whole billing cycle after changing provider

I changed carriers on 26 Dec, 2017.  Do I need to pay the whole billing cycle from Dec 17 to Jan 16?

Nope, you will pay the prorated amount from Dec 17, to Dec 26.
This will be visible on your final bill.

@Xinhua: If the final bill didn't reflect it, you could call Koodo or send message to their facebook to get it fixed.

Can you post a screen shot of the bill in pdf? That one should be the official one. It was hard to figure out what was copied and pasted up there.

You could call Koodo and dispute the charge of $40. You used 10days during that billing period, so 40/30x10 = $13.3. You should have received a credit of 40-13.3 = $26.67 (if you paid a full month already).

Regarding the $15 (Tab payment adjustment), as you didn't use the service the whole month, the system paid off $15 back. I think.....
