Do I need to contact Koodo?

I have 4 lines and need to disconnect 1 as my son went to a different carrier. Can I do this online? If not, how and when can I contact Koodo?

Generally you need to call in to cancel a line. *611 from your cellphone.

If your son went to another carier and ported or plans on porting his number, the line will be cancelled as soon as the number is ported.
