Do I have to call in to tell Koodo my payment confirmation? (I paid through online banking)

I paid my bill through online banking - Really hoping I don't have to call in and wait like 40mins just to give a confirmation number.

Is there somewhere on the Self Serve where you can type in your payment confirmation? (other phone companies have it and I do not know why Koodo doesn't?) - unless I am blind and did not see it that past three times.

Thanks

No you don't have to call in and there is nowhere on self serve to enter that.

The only time you have to call is if you're close to your due date and you're informing Koodo that it will be paid soon.

You can also report payments through #123 Option 4 :)

Wow that's confusing.  So, there's 611, #123, and #227, all of which have slightly different menu options, some of which overlap, and some of which are different.  Is there a summary somewhere of the various automated Koodo systems you can dial?

It's really just those three.

*611 brings you to a generic Self-Serve option with the possibility of being redirected to Technical Support or Customer Service

#227 Is the shortcode to reach Payment Services

and #123 is the automated Self-Serve number with options for Account Balance, Usage summary, Payment Options, Payment Notifications, Simple Payment Arrangements and additional options such as resetting your Voicemail password or flagging your phone as a lost or stolen device.

Thanks @Karl, I've made note of that info for future reference.  :)
