If you have a Canada-wide plan, you can answer any incoming call using your standard plan minutes or free period without surcharge as long as you are physically located in Canada.

So someone who calls from B.C. to Ontario has to call after 5 pm my time so I don't get charged wow! I love that. I was REALLY worried about that, then I would be charged 50 cents a minute not in my time, is that correct?? Same as me phoning there not in my free time?   Thank you.

If you are receiving the call you are not charged long distance fees, but the caller may depending on the plan they have. NOTE: if you have a plan with local minutes only, AND are out of your home territory, you would pay the long distances costs between your home zone, and your current location. Since most Koodo plans are Canada-wide, no long distance applies to Koodo users.
