Discount removed at checkout when buying a phone online.

When Im at checkout the arranged discount, $100, disappears. I have been trying to order this phone and contact the website support hotline for a week now, with no response! I am not very happy!

yes, I called in to get. 

The discount is listed as an 'additional offer discount". So I guess a tab credit since it can only be applied to purchasing a phone.

@Spencer: where did you see the offer in your selfserve? If it was a Tab-credit, it will show in the Tab area. If it was a customized offer, you might have to contact koodo directly after the purchase to confirm.

It appears in the little star and says I have a special offer. And appears in the cost break down under phone cost.

@Spencer: Have you checked if that offer had some restriction like Tab type, upgrade...? I would double check that again.
If you have checked all the conditions and it wasn't there when checking out, you might have to contact Koodo to get it done. I would suggest you send a message to their facebook so you could send the screenshot of the offer.
