Left Koodo (Koodo was great, don't get me wrong) but now I can't pay off the last bill and the remainder of my tab online. How do I access my account to pay this? I can login but I can't open any of my "pay by credit card" or "view bill" options.
All you would need is the account #. I would call in to customer service to make a credit card payment if you're wishing to settle. If you already have the account # you can pay through bank teller or online banking.
