My phone was disconnected this morning even though i still have credit on my account. There was no warning. When I called customer service, they were closed.
How do I switch back to Fido?

Prepaid or postpaid? Are you sure it was disconnected? Maybe just check your network settings are in order; 3G is on, airplane mode off.

Can't really comment on the customer service hours since they're almost the same on every carrier.

Customer service opens at 10am according to koodo's website.

If you want to switch to Fido, just go to fido and tell them you want to switch to them and they should handle everything on their end

It doesn't matter if you still have "credit" on your account. If your balance is past due, you shouldn't be surprised that this happened. Anytime you account is past due puts it in risk of being disconnected. You switch the same way you came to Koodo.

Call Koodo at 18669956636 since they're open now

doesn't Matter if there is a past due if there is we as Consumers should still be getting notifications that there's an outstanding balance, instead of waking up to find out phone has no service and were not on the network. Also why is it that every other competitor out there has a 24/7 hotline and you guess are only open from 10-9 like mall hours. Not impressed by this at all and I just tried to record a payment, but guess what it wont accept it because the hotline is not open.. seriously how do you guess expect to keep Customers if you guys don't help them out!!!!!

Im fairly certain that not every carrier in Canada has a 24/7 hotline. At least not one where you can talk to an actual person.
