Do you mean you canceled your account? If so when did you cancel your account, and what are the charges stated as in the PDF view of your bill through self serve?

last year july 2015, My number started to stop receiving messages, receiving calls and stuffs. When people tried calling my phone it says "number is out for f service" so we assumed it was disconnected and was cut. And so I got a new number and stop using the other one. But then koodo called me and says I have unpaid bills since the day it stopped working. How is that possible. since the number isnt working at all

If you assumed it was cancelled, and didn't look into chances are it is still active and you will be billed accordingly. You could have just been out of service area when that happened with the " number is out of service " . Sometimes things happen. Sometimes when i call my father i get the same message but its just because of an error through the system"/ ALWAYS do your homework when it comes to cancelling or leaving a cell provider as you signed a contract or agreement to make payments until you give notice and cancel your account. I would be calling Customer Service to see what the real reason is and what you have to do to take care of it.

But then I wasn't able to send messages or call and vice versa since the end of the 2 year contract? But please. If you could do anything to help me, it will be much appreciated. Thankyou

And if Koodo notice that the number is still being charged without using it, they should've sent us a notice saying that we're not paying our bills and stuffs. Cause its been 7 months already and why would they just call us today. Like its insane. I am going to pay a more than 200 bucks because of that .

This forum is just for customers such as yourself which is what I am, There isnt much I can do to help you with your bill. You are going to have to contact Customer Support. Not to sound blunt but, Its not koodos job to contact you about cancelling your account after the 2 years. The account just keeps going it doesn't stop after the 2 years that's just for the Tab i believe. They most likely did send out a few emails or calls to a number you had but maybe you changed it or didn't see the calls. Your most likely going to have to pay them or it may end up in collections which isnt what you want.

I recommend calling them ASAP to cancel your account and get it straightened out . They most likely stopped billing after a month or two of no payment and it may have already gone to collections which is why you haven't had any contact from them lately as once they send it, they stop calling you. Best of luck in this situation and you should be able to get it sorted out with Customer Support. I wouldn't wait any longer to call them.
