Disappointed with Koodo

Very unsatisfied with Koodo they promised to return my 10% discount to my plan after the phone tab was paid off now they won't honour their word from the western rep that the store confirmed when the phone was purchased.  Just another phone company, will not refer anymore friends, sad because they were great other than this.  Koodo supervisor passed off responsibility onto the store said I should talk to them about this.  Interesting note my account has two lines they did restore my 10% discount to one of my phones in 2016, many have said it is not possible but it is. Any ideas who to contact to resolve this thanks? Hopefully they won't delete my post again?

Steve, I'm sorry to see that they deleted your post! As per my last comment I would suggest calling Koodo (Dial 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636)), or messaging them via Facebook(https://m.me/Koodo) or through Twitter DM. Here you will get an official Koodo rep who will be able to provide you with more clarity on the situation.

I would send a private message to their facebook page.  Explain your issue in a calm and concise manner.  If you did not want the 10% discount lost during the tab payment and you were promised as such, then Im sure they will see if they can help you out

Unfortunately Koodo employees don't have as much power as an official Koodo rep has. If you contact them via the methods above you will talk to a rep who can modify things and give you deals that a regular employee or supervisor at a Koodo store simply can't do.

I had posted so maybe someone could advise how to contact Koodo to deal with this matter as talking to a Koodo supervisor went nowhere.

He is saying it was archived after the contact information has been relayed to you as your question had been answered at that point.

Ok thanks Allan I have spoke to Koodo and talked to a supervisor (not the store), my question to you is, do you know if you elevate a call beyond a Koodo supervisor?

You can ask them to elevate it and they may or not be able to, i guess you'll just have to try and see. If they didn't do anything for you though chances are you are out of luck. Unfortunately if there is no proof and no one wrote this promise down on your account there isn't much they can do. I understand how this may be frustrating but I can try to help you find some deals on your current plan and phone you'd like!
