Disappointed with customer service

I called Koodo a few days ago to sort out issues with unable to see my bill on my account. I was extremely disappointed with the attitude that the customer service people treated me with. I have been a koodo's customer for 5 years now and last year I have just changed my phone. Not only they showed me a lack of patience when I was explaining my concern, but also when I said "I want to cancel my service", they cut off my service while I was still ON THE PHONE with them to discuss my payment. Luckily my roommate was home at the time so I could borrow her phone to complete the call, or else they would have charged me extra for a few more days of not paying my bill. I will not go back to koodo ever again, and will warn my friends about this. Such a disappointing experience.
