Hi, I can't get back into my prepaid account because I haven't used it for so long. How do I reactivate it?

How long has it been since you used it Dawn? i believe you have 90 days to reactivate it.

If you can login to self-serve and top-up or dial, then its still active. Once a prepaid account is deactivated, it can't be reactivated. You can call Koodo at 18669956636 and ask them if your account is still active.
