I cannot view the picture/video message sent to me, the link takes me to the Koodo page saying I have a data block and it can be disabled by self serve...HOW?!

If I remember correctly...
log into self serve > Plan & add- ons > Change add-ons > unchecked Data block

If you don't see it or have difficulty, call Koodo *611 from your phone. Tell them you tried to do it through self serve, but you couldn't do it. They will help you out.

I used had a "Data block" add-on. And it was there to be able to remove it at bottom of the list.

Or do you have a Koodo app? I used to see it there too.
If not. I'm afraid you have to call in... (I know it's holiday today)

Do you have a self serve account? You need to register it first.

Yep I have an account, I had to give email, phone# and password, but these are my only options...it doesn't have any of the options you had in the picture above.

I see. You set up your account as a manager not an owner. So you have to call in. I just called *611 to see if they are open and, yes they are open :) (It was a awkward moment to speak to rep, lol)
They will help you out :)
