thinking of going to koodo from virgin mobile, do you have a direct line to all your departments? virgin doesnt so you always have to go through the call center and have them call you back, this doesnt work for me.

What do you mean direct line? See the beauty of koodo, that they have this forum where you can ask any questions almost and get an answer quickly. Just out of curiosity, why do you have to call virgin that often. I haven't called koodo in once in the last 2 years.

I think Dana means she wants direct numbers to Tech Support, Loyalty & Retention, etc. rather than calling the main customer service line and being routed to the correct department.

If this is true Dana as far as I know the answer is no Koodo doesn't have numbers to reach specific departments directly.

Yes I want to be able to talk to the credit department directly, I have been playing phone tag with virgin mobile since november because they cannot give me a phone # to call them directly back if they leave me a message. If I can call each support department directly I would likely sign up with them.

Most, if not all providers do not release numbers for each department. You must call through standard CS and get transfered that way.

Koodo DOES NOT give you numbers to specific departments.

I'm not sure if you can reach the accounts management department directly through the ivr, but any department you can reach can certainly transfer you directly to account management.

Hey Dana, Timo is correct. You can select either Option 5 for Customer Care or Option 6 for Tech Support. When you mention you would like to set up payment arrangements or want to talk to our Payment Management Department, they will transfer you over :).
