Hi, I no longer need my Koodo plan and would like to cancel it, but there appears to be no way to cancel it besides calling the help line which has a longer than 1 hour wait time according to the automated message on it! Surely there must be an easier way of cancelling. I've visited a Koodo location but they tell me that I have to call the help line. Why is there no other way of cancelling? How can you expect your customers to waste an hour waiting on hold? I'm tempted to just remove my credit card from the file and let the phone roll off. Could someone please suggest an easier way of doing this?
