I think the best thing to do is to wait, maybe they're having a backlog on the e-mails being sent?

I ordered the SIM card 10 days ago. My wife's Public Mobile plan restarts in a few days and that's a 3 month charge. Hopefully it'll get sent before then?

@Jared: have you received the SIM card?

Don't try to activate your selfserve account online without the activation email. Otherwise, you would have to contact Koodo again and get it reset.
