Did not receive 90% data usage alert

This month, after using more than. 90% of my data, I did not receive any alert that I had done so. I received the 50% alert text message, but not the 90% one. I have checked in self serve and it says I have used 2030/2048 MB of data.

hi Matt,
You could send a message to Koodo facebook and ask them if the system sent the notification or not.

As you got only few MB left, I would suggest you wait until you reached 100% and then if you can see the notification ... just to make sure the system works as it should.

Since you have such little data left you might not want to use Facebook to contact Koodo. Call *611 from your Koodo phone and ask about your alerts. They might be a little delayed. Are you also sure you have the %90 alert active?

Hi Matt - is this for the number ending in 62? If so, everything does look to be set up correctly from what I can see, i.e. you should be getting notified at 50% and 90%, with a block and notification text once you reach 100% of your monthly data. However, it does look like you did not receive the 90% notification. Let me flag this to the team and look into the matter. The good news is that your billing cycle did just reset, and it doesn't appear that you went over your allotment for last month. I'll report back once I learn more.
