Did not get the right data that was offered with the plan

So I just changed my plan over to the $60 plan that gives 2GB + 2GB but when I look at my actual account info it shows I have a 2GB+1GB. Any ideas on this?

Would like to just call but don't want to have a $25 charge.

Hi Lucas,

Give Koodo a message on their Facebook page, they will be able to give you a hand with the error. Unless you changed the plan yesterday or today, self serve still had the 2+1 in it since Thursday.
