I ran out of data and instead of topping up until my billing cycle ended (since this has happened a few times now), I just decided to upgrade my plan to one with more data on Self Serve. The change should have been immediate and I got an email notification of the change. Why is Self Serve still telling me my data is paused and I can't use data? My plan details on Self Serve say I also have lots of data free (went from 500 MB to 3 GB plan). I don't want to pay $7 for 100 MB of data, I want the data I just paid for!
