I recently reached 100% data use and received a text message indicating so. I did not receive anything from koodo asking if I want to go over my limit. but when I called them, they say they received my approval to go over. how would i have received their request? via text? because i did not get it. Luckily they paid back the over usage charge ($5.65). I ppurposefully wanted to see what the prompt looks like, but never got it. I would have declined upon getting it. Is it possible someone is hacking the phone or there is some bug with this particular feature of the system? My billing plan indicates Shock-free is enabled.
