The model number of My Phone is IM-A910K made by Pantech.(Korean manufacturer)
And I find some information about the range of avilable frequency on user manual.

Can I use this device through koodo network??

WCDMA Band 2 (1900 MHz) should work - but the Bell/Telus-3G-network also uses 850 MHz. So you may find yourself out of service in many areas.

Telus has a license for LTE bands 4 and 7. I haven't checked if they currently use both or just one of those bands. This may also vary by location. Your phone supports 7, but not 4.
