My phone died a week ago, and I wish to suspend service until I can get to a Koodo kiosk. Or am I able to contact a Koodo representative online?

You cannot suspend service in order to not pay sadly. It would just stop service while you are still paying. There's seasonal hold but you lose your plan and must pick a new plan when you go off it. If your phone is still under warranty then go here:

If it's under warranty you can get a loaner phone so you still have service.
