Delay in billing

my plan ends on the 25th of each month, however, I seem to get the bill about 5 days later. Why is that?

That's pretty normal. It takes time for it to generate.

Yup. It tkaes 5 days for the system to screen shot all relevant information about the bill, generate it and then post it to your account.

Hi there June... We are sorry that you are not able to see your bill... Usually as mentioned above, it takes some days to be available... Even though, during the last billing cycles the system has experience longer delays with the Bills, Koodo is working hard on this to fix it for you...
