Debiting credit card account when bill is due

I'm set up for preauthorized credit card payment, why is Koodo not debiting my credit card when bill is due?

When did you set it up?

It takes one full billing cycle before pre-authorized payments are active

I would call into Koodo and confirm with a rep that pre-auth is set up and working. If it is not, then you will need to complete a manual payment once again. Just report the payment to Koodo and I'm sure the rep will make sure there are no late charges since you trying to set up payment
