One of the most troubling times for a smart phone user is when their phone dies. What info have I lost? What's happening in the world? You're out of touch and out of contact. I recently went through this and luckily had a backup. But it's something that happens all too often and people aren't always ready for the burden of buying a new phone. Sometimes they downgrade. I'd suggest offering some kind of incentive when people come in with a broken phone (from Koodoo or other carriers) to ease this burden.
