Did you suspend it yourself? If so, you can reactivate it on self-serve. If your service was suspended due to non payment, you will need to call *611 from your Koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636 from any other phone and either make the payment and they can reactivate your service or make a payment arrangement. If your balance is past due, that's most likely why.
