Why did my daytime minutes change from 150 per month to 55 per month?

Did you recently do a plan change?

No, my plan is still the same. I changed my number last week because I relocated, but the data in my plan remained the same. And even still, I didn't receive any notification that my minutes would be slashed by almost 100

They didn't take your minutes. As the folks below stated it's due to proration. Should have no effect on your bill unless your call pattern is uneven during the month.

That's bizarre. A phone # change shouldn't cause any proration or plan changes. I would call customer service to see what happened. 1-866-995-6636

This. It's not that there's less minutes in the month, they're just split between the old number and new number the same way the bill is prorated, just have to be careful not to go over as a result.
