Hello.

I have Talk+Text plan. Is it possible to block data usage?
I did it on my phone settings but sometimes they change and let the data be used.
Thank you in advance.

You can call Koodo (*611) and request a data block, Kesha :)
ONLY downside is you won't be able to send or receive picture messages (MMS) any longer... would that be an objection?

Actually, no. Data is required for MMS to work. There is a workaround mentioned on this site to change your APN so you can use MMS without other data.

Just a heads up that conventional picture messaging requires a data connection on koodo network so it won't go over wifi.

Your friends still use email? I barely open mine more often than once a week. You can fully control data consumption from your phone. I had data block once and it was causing all kind of issues.
