i sent you a question last week. it was not answered. probably because my email address was compromised and I cannot get into the email. So, I will ask the question again. On July 10th I went to the US. I turned off my data. On the 13th I turned on my data (although my data would not connect to where I was trying to connect even though the person next to me, who is on the same provider etc could). So I turned my data off. When I got home and checked my bill, it showed that I was on the Play Store for 7mb and charged me a fortune. Can you tell me how this happens, when data is off, so that I can make sure it never never happens again. $35 for nothing is not something I want to pay for anytime I go anywhere

'On the 13th I turned on my data'. This would be how the phone used data while your data was off. The 7 mb of data connecting to the play store means the phone saw an open data connection and decided to check for updates.
