Data not working... "You have reached your monthly allowance.", 0/0MB used

I signed up a few weeks ago on the $25 plan and the pay-per-use data that goes up to 3GB at $30/month. On my last bill I was being charged $5-10 per DAY for data (~50mb per day), and so far this month, I got up to around 1GB of data and then I was cut off. It now says my plan and add-ons include 0MB of data.

Now I look at the pay-per-use data on the web site, and the maximum bandwidth is 250MB.

I don't understand what I've gotten myself into. With other providers, I'm used to seeing up-to-the-minute bar graphs of my usage, and a dashboard page where I can clearly see my plan and rates. Where did my data go, and how much am I being charged?

Koodo does not cut off data at a monthly maximum for postpaid plans. Check under settings->data usage and see if there is a data usage limit set up on the phone itself.

I have no limits set. On my last provider (Rogers) I had a 3GB/month plan and frequently used the upper reaches of it.

The "3G" banner is on, I have cellular data/3G turned on. Tried power-cycling the iPhone... no cellular data. No usage stats on my self serve page, just 0/0MB. It was working on Saturday.

Also, I was under the impression that "pay-per-use" took the cumulative amount of data you use for the month, then charged you accordingly. It appears on my last bill that I'm literally being charged "per-use," at $5-10 a pop for using data.

That is how pay per use data is charged. Based on your monthly data usage, it will charge you accordingly. None of this makes any sense. Since we cannot see your account, give Koodo a call and have them investigate.

The data came back after resetting the network settings on the iPhone. The totally nonsensical billing and account usage page is something I'm going to have to handle later.

Unless someone can tell me where in the self serve area I can find my exact plan, including the various tiers/rate of pay-per-use data as it applies to my account.
