Can you cancel charging on my data? It was mistake. I didn't want to use 3G with this phone, but my phone automatically catch 3G and koodo charge me $5. I asked it before and one of koodo person said it would be cancelled if I said. But It wasn't. Please give me feedback.
I am really satisfied with Koodo's service, so I want it last long.

If this is the new smart phone you activated, I would suggest you to disable data on your smart phone so it won't keep using the data silently. Call *611 and ask for the adjustment if this is genuine reason, koodo should definitely listen your voice.

Like PD said, your best option is to call Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone. If you're on a plan with pay per use data which it looks like it, I'm not sure if you can actually remove it.

You can call & have data blocked on your account but then you won't be able to send picture messages.

If you have an Android phone & you don't want to use data but still want to send/receive picture messages you can delete the Proxy & port from the APN settings for the Internet, which are the first Proxy & port in the APN settings. Don't delete the second set or that will eliminate the ability to send picture messages.
