I signed up with Koodo as a monthly customer on 09/21/15. When I go to Self Serve and click on Usage it says "Oh No we can't find your account information at this time". It's been like this since I signed up.

Yes I have already registred for self serve and can look at my plan and bills but just can't see any usage details.

Try dial *611 from your Koodo phone then choose option 2 for "usage". This might give you usage info.
Also, once new billing cycle reset, it should work properly.

If this still doesn't work, option 5 to customer service. Tell them your self serve doesn't give you info about usage. They will help you to fix this issue.
