I plugged my phone in to charge last night at my cabin, never watch videos or any streaming data. Woke up this morning, phone still plugged in. I got two active notifications, one saying I used 50% of data at 1:30 am, 95% at 2:55 am. I have 6gigs total, only had about 600 MB’s used. How can this happen and is there any way to rectify it? Both myself, my wife and two kids were asleep as this data burned through a full months usage. I checked phone to see if something inadvertently on in the background, not showing any history. I can’t find a working contact number for a live representative, probably because it’s sunday. Any help or guidance would be appreciated, thanks!
