hi; i went over my data because i didn't realize i wasn't on wifi. i was told that when i got the phone i had 10 days of free data. just wondering if they data that the phone shows i used is part of those 10 days... hope this makes sense.

it's happened to me onBell (150MB Plan) call *611 on your phone or 1866-99-KOODO from your home phone or someone else's phone and explain what happened....it should be a quick fix

Are you just starting with Koodo? If that is the case it sounds like you had a partial amount of data for the month when you signed up which happens to everyone when they sign up, but if you go over that allotment of data then you will be charged extra for it.

Yep Daniel, that's correct. Data does not get prorated unlike minutes.

As far as I know, there was/is no promotion for free data so I'm going to say all the data you see you used, you used.

I'd recommend calling Koodo at *611 and asking them to make sure.

If you just started with koodo I thin they do give a bit of a grace period. And I think it is about 10 days. So, you should be ok.
