Data still not working

I went over my data limit, Koodo paused my data until I texted back "yes" to get another gb for 10, i texted back yes twice and I got back a text saying that my data was already unblocked but my data still isn't working and on self serve it says my data is still blocked. It won't let me click continue to use data at my overage charge. Help?

I'm afraid you would need to contact Koodo via FB messenger in order to see why it hasn't been activated by the SMS!
