Data problems- I have 1 GB of data each month and today it reset but it reset my data already half used but I haven't touched it??

I know where you're going with this but data isn't prorated chad. Either way, in any situation, she would have her full usage.

It's best to call customer service at *611 from your koodo phone and ask them how the data is being used. You may of accidently tethered, maybe downloaded automatic update(s) you didn't intend to depending on your phones settings. There could be a whole list of reasons.
