It's been 2-3 weeks that my data has not been working I called Koodo multiple times they told me that they'll call me back but I really need my data can't wait anymore. I don't know what to do . Tried to restart my phone it's still not working
Try resetting your network settings. Take out your sim card, put it back in, restart your phone, and see if it works then. If it doesn't try putting your sim card in another phone to see if the problem follows. Let us know.
