Data Plan Extension Error using Browser

I reached the end of my 4GB data plan and was given an option on my browser to extend 300MB for $10 or 1GB for $20. I chose the 1GB option but for some reason the autobot from Koodo selected by mistake the 300GB extension. Thinking that I made the mistake, I tried to select the 1GB plan again and again the 300MB plan was selected and charged to my bill. How do I sort this out? There is obviously a software issue with this.

Hello Kent,

I'd contact Koodo via FB in order to sort this out. There's definitely a bug somewhere in the system.
