So my boyfriend and I just got new iPhones (5s) and have only received our first bill, which I paid using online banking. On self serve on the overview page it does say "you do not have a balance owing". My PDF bill says $0 under data charges (on the bill I just paid) yet when I go to usage on each of the accounts it shows an amount owing for data, and these amounts showed before I paid the bill which I put enough money in to pay the bill and overages. So why are they still showing up as if I haven't paid them? I also have it so I get text messages when I've almost reached my data limit but they are very glitchy. I get one that says "you've used 50% of your 100MB of data" then one says "you've used 90% of your 100MB of data" then it goes back to saying 50% all in the same day. I'm very confused on how all of this works?
