data notification problem....again

Hi, I activated the data notification option so I know when I overpass my limit. It's been several times i get the 75% notification but never get the 90% , 95% or 100% which causes that I end up paying 5$ or 10$ extra all the time! This never happened to me with Telus and I'm paying even more with these little extras for way less data on my plan....

Hi Mario,

Make sure you have the proper bill cycle reset date in your phone and make sure you have the proper data limit set as it is not configured automatically for you.
