data not showing up or working

so I have a new iphone (SE?) that I recently upgraded and its connected to a family members account and her LTE data works just fine when she turns it on but mine doesn't do that at all. I have gone to settings and cellular data is on, lte is on but they don't work? like in the corner where the carrier is shown it doesn't say LTE. I'm not connected to wifi at the moment and it still doesn't work. does anyone have a solution?

Hi Kelsee,

Turn the iPhone off, remove the SIM card and let it sit for a few minutes. Put the SIM card back and try again. Ensure there is no data-block on your account as well by loging into self serve.
