Data Not Resetting

My phone cycle is the 22 to the 21. I paid my phone bill on November 21, after maxing my data out at 1GB around the same time. I expected it to be reset the next day, however it is now the 25 and my data usage cycle has not been updated. I have missed a lot of important messages due to this.

Koodo doesn't shut down your data when you hit your allotment, you simply start getting charged overages (unless you're on prepaid). So you're not missing messages unless you turned your data switch off. The cycle restarts in your bill date which is different then the date your bill is due. Check self serve for this information.

I turned my data off to avoid being charged extra. As it should have reset the same day it does every single month - the 22 - I figured turning it off until it reset would be fine, but it still hasn't, and I don't feel it's fair that I should turn on my data and be charged extra when my cycle has always begun on the 22.

As for self serve, I can't log onto it. When I enter my phone number it says "account cannot be found". If I try "1" before my number it simply refreshes the page and will not allow me to continue registering.
